Meadow Health Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 11, 2026
At Meadow Health, we are committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based pediatric telehealth services. Because our platform includes medical consultations, prescription services, and care coordination, our refund policy reflects healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements. Please review the policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Membership Fees
Meadow Health operates on a subscription‑based membership model.
Monthly Membership
- Membership fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Membership fees are non‑refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
- You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior months.
Annual Membership
- Annual memberships are billed upfront.
- Annual memberships may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no medical visit has occurred.
- After a medical visit has been completed, annual memberships are non‑refundable.
2. Medical Consultation Fees
Medical consultations (initial evaluations, follow‑ups, care plan visits) are professional healthcare services provided by licensed clinicians.
- Completed consultations are non‑refundable.
- If you cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no charge.
- Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Because clinician time is reserved specifically for your child, we cannot issue refunds for completed or missed visits.
3. Prescription Medications
Prescriptions ordered through Meadow Health may be fulfilled by a licensed partner pharmacy. Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations:
- Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.
- This includes compounded medications.
- If a pharmacy error occurs, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate a resolution with the dispensing pharmacy.
If a prescription has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact support as soon as possible.
4. Diagnostic Testing & Lab Services
If Meadow Health facilitates laboratory testing:
- Lab fees are non‑refundable once the lab order has been processed.
- If a test has not yet been performed, please contact support immediately to determine cancellation eligibility.
- Refund eligibility for laboratory services may depend on the lab provider's policies.
5. Technical or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
- We will investigate and issue refunds promptly for verified billing mistakes.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that families may experience unforeseen situations. Refund requests outside this policy may be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis at Meadow Health's discretion.
7. How to Request Cancellation or Billing Support
To cancel your membership or request billing assistance:
